Dr. Matt Freyer is a careful listener known for his calm and relaxed demeanor. His goal is to make his patients feel treated like family. At Freyer Dental we work toward this every day: greeting you by name, taking time to explain options and procedures, respecting your time by running on schedule, and offering the highest quality of personalized care for you and your family.
Dr. Freyer has been working to preserve the legacy of friendly, compassionate care with a high level of attention to detail established by Dr. Mark Chase and Dr. Rich Manning, whose patient base he now serves.
Dr. Freyer grew up in Omaha. He received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State and a MS in Engineering from Penn State. He worked as an engineer in Lincoln for 5 years prior to pursuing a career in dentistry. He graduated first in his class from the UNMC College of Dentistry and has been recognized by the American College of Dentists for demonstrating ethical principles and leadership. He began his dental career practicing with Midlands Dental Group in and around the Omaha area.
Dr. Freyer has a wife Molly, and two children – Maya and Nolan. Among other things, he enjoys cycling, running, cooking, playing guitar, and spending as much time as possible in the great outdoors with his family.
Dr. Freyer is a member of the American Dental Association, Nebraska Dental Association, and Omaha District Dental Society. He participates in the Iowa Mission of Mercy and Nebraska Mission of Mercy. He loves continuing education and continues to stay up to date, bringing patients the newest proven practices, techniques, and materials.
